Tomato Sauce Meatballs Ingredients: Combine ¼ of the tomato soup, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, eggs, basil, salt and pepper. Add in ground beef and mix well. Form into meatballs. Heat oil in a skillet and add the meatballs. Cook over medium-high heat, turning often until browned (about 8 – 10 minutes, depending upon the size). Stir milk into remaining soup and pour over meatballs. Reduce heat to low, cover skillet and simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve over rice, spaghetti or noodles. |
