Taco Skillet
(from Campbells)

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 cup chunky salsa
½ cup water
8 corn or flour tortillas, cut into small pieces
1 cup shredded cheddar or monterey jack cheese

Brown beef in a skillet, drain.  Add soup, water, salsa, tortillas and half of cheese.  Bring to a boil.  Cover and reduce heat to low.  Cook for 5 minutes.  Top with remaining cheese.
