Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:

1 cup onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup red wine
1 pkg sliced mushrooms (8 oz)
1 ½  - 2 lbs beef stew meat
2 cups sour cream

Place all ingredients except for stew meat and sour cream into crock pot.  Mix well.

Add stew meat and stir to coat all pieces.

Cover and cook on low for at least 8 hours.

Stir in sour cream right before serving.

Serve over boiled egg noodles or rice.
