Ingredients:
1 lb stew meat
4 medium carrots, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 medium potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix all ingredients in a large pot. Cover and
bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and
simmer.
Stir occasionally and add a small amount of
water as needed.
Cooking time: about three hours..
