Ingredients:
3 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp milk
1 cup cornbread stuffing mix
4 pork chops

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Melt butter in a
baking dish by placing it in the preheating oven.
Stir together egg and milk.
Crush cornbread
stuffing mix into smaller crumbs and place them on a
plate.
Dip pork chops into egg mixture then coat
with stuffing mix. Place pork chops in the prepared
pan.
Bake for about 20 minutes, then turn them over
and bake for another 10 – 15 minutes (until pork is
no longer pink).
