Maple Salmon
Ingredients:
¼ cup maple syrup (does not have to be real maple
syrup)
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
¼ tsp each salt and pepper
1 pound salmon, skinless

Mix maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, salt and
pepper. Coat the salmon with maple mixture.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Preheat oven
to 400 degrees. Place salmon in a glass baking
dish, lightly sprayed with cooking oil. Bake for
about 20 minutes; until salmon flakes easily with a
fork.
