Ingredients:
1 ½ lb round steak
¼ cup plus 3 Tbsp flour
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 ½ cups milk
salt and pepper

Cut steak into 4 – 6 pieces. Pound flour into
steaks then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Heat
vegetable oil in large skillet over medium-high
heat. Cook steaks quickly (about 3 - 5 minutes per
side) until golden brown and cooked through. Remove
and keep warm in foil.
Drain all but about 2 Tbsp
of drippings from the skillet. Add onion and sauté
for about 7 - 8 minutes or until soft.
Stir in
remaining flour with onion, and cook 2 – 3 minutes.
Slowly add milk, constantly stirring until gravy is
thickened.
Serve gravy over the steaks.
