Ingredients:
1 pkg stuffing mix
1 ¾ cups water
6 chicken breast halves
1 ½ cups sliced mushrooms
1 ½ cups frozen peas
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut six squares of
aluminum foil, large enough to place chicken in the
middle and allow extra to fold up over the top.
Mix
stuffing mix with 1 ½ cups water. Evenly divide
stuffing mix into the center of the six pieces of
foil.
Top with one piece of chicken each and evenly
divided peas and mushrooms.
Mix soup with ¼ cup
water and pour equal amounts over each chicken
portion.
Seal the packet and place all on a baking
sheet.
Bake for 30 – 35 minutes; until chicken is
cooked through.
