Ingredients:
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup milk
1 cup all purpose flour
1 Tbsp. onion powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 pound round steak, cut into thin strips
oil to fry in

In a small bowl, mix egg and milk.
In a second small bowl, mix flour
and all seasonings.
Dip beef strips
into egg mixture, then in the flour mixture.
Redip into the egg mixture then flour mixture a
second time.
In a deep skillet heat
about 1/2 inch of oil over medium high heat.
Fry each steak strip until golden
brown on each side (about 4 - 5 minutes).
Place on paper towel to drain.
