Ingredients:
2 lbs salmon fillets
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp dried dill weed
pinch each salt and pepper
1 cup shredded cheese
2 Tbsp onion, diced finely

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Put foil over
baking sheet.
Place salmon in the middle of the
foil. Season with garlic, dill, salt and pepper
evenly distributed.
Seal foil around salmon and
bake for 20 minutes.
Top with cheese and diced
onion.
Leave foil open and place back in the oven
for about 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
