Beer Bread

Ingredients:

2 2/3 cup self-rising flour (make sure it is self-rising!)
12 oz beer (can be chilled or at room temperature—open immediately before making bread)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Spray 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan with cooking spray.

In medium bowl, mix flour and beer gently with a rubber spatula until flour is completely moistened.  Place in prepared loaf pan.

Bake 50 minutes (top will be golden brown and toothpick inserted into center will come out clean when done).  Allow to cool on baking rack.
