Barbecued Salmon

Ingredients:
½ cup barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 lb salmon fillets

Place salmon fillets on broiler pan or foil covered baking sheet. 

Broil salmon on each side for about 4 minutes.

Mix barbecue sauce and brown sugar.  Coat cooked salmon with barbecue mix.

Broil another 2 minutes, then flip and brush other side with barbecue mix.  Broil that side for 2 minutes.  Salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
