Ingredients:
4 tilapia fillets
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 Tbsp chopped dill (or 1 Tbsp dill weed)
1/2 cup chopped parsley (or 2 Tbsp dried parsley)
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375º.
Place fillets on a rimmed baking sheet. Season
with salt and pepper.
Spread mayonnaise over
fillets then sprinkle with the herbs.
Bake
about 15 minutes, or until fish is opaque and flakes
easily.
